We have been working tirelessly to provide you with the best environment in which to practice to keep everyone safe at the same time as provide a good space in which to practice, move, and feel empowered. Please see below for all of the updates to our space and new procedures. At Inspire Hot Yoga it is our goal to create a safe space to cultivate physical and mental health and wellbeing.

Throughout our space, whether it is entering the lobby, within the studio, or leaving after class, we have placed markers to ensure that social distancing is being practiced at all times and that everyone’s space and belongings are secure.

We set up a sanitization station at the entrance to the studio as everyone will be required to sanitize their hands upon entry. They are also available at other spots in the studio as well for increased comfort and ease.

To allow us to function at such a reduced capacity, changing rooms and showers will be closed while a washroom will be available for emergency use only. This ensures we can maintain high cleaning standards for all areas of common use. Please use your bathroom and come dressed and ready to practice before arrival and only bring what you need for practice.

We have updated all our cleaning practices and products to meet and go beyond the standards set out by the Alberta Government guidelines. We are cleaning and disinfecting the studio, all common touch points, and giving the entire space a deep clean twice a day.

We have removed the props and mat/towel rentals from use to help ensure high cleanliness standards. Feel free to bring your own from home. Please have your water bottle filled prior to coming. You can also purchase blocks, straps and mats via our online store prior to your visit.

We have created a well thought out system for movement of people within the space. We ask that you follow the directions of staff members and the easy to follow markers upon entry and exit.

All spots in all classes will be open to online reservations. Please book before you come this will ensure that there is a spot for you. NO walk-ins or in studio payments will be accepted at this time. Classes can be booked through our achieve app or by clicking this link. Please note there is a $15 no show and late cancel fee (2 hours prior to class)

This has not changed and we always welcome any and all feedback especially as we navigate these new protocols. We do ask that any and all feedback be directed to that way our teachers and staff can be fully present in studio to offer you the best experience possible.

We will be checking with each person to ensure they are not experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19. If you are feeling unwell, please stay at home and definitely join us at the appropriate time. If you are sick any late cancel charges will be waived.

We are honouring all previous passes purchased and all memberships will be activated by June 15th. If you don’t feel comfortable coming in yet, please let us know and we will be happy to extend the hold on your pass. In studio classes will be warm and have a maximum capacity of six participants. Classes will be recorded for online/live classes if you feel more comfortable practicing at home. We have added many outdoor classes (weather permitting) to help keep you on track with your physical and mental health and wellbeing. Please remember sunscreen, bug repellent and water for your own safety.  Again there will be no access to public washrooms.

Stay safe we will get through this TOGETHER!
