POLICY UPDATE     08.25.2023

• Our monthly membership are hassle free.  Only $60 paid every 2 weeks (biweekly) to access unlimited classes.
  Payments made by credit card or bank account withdrawal.
  If you practice more than once a week this is the membership for you!

• Cancel at any time within the first 12 months with 2 months notice, and only 1 month’s notice after month 12.

• All written notice requires an email to info@inspirehotyoga.ca with your first and last name in the system as well as your email and phone number for verification.

• Cancellation will be taken from date of submission - all payments scheduled within the 2 months (or 1 month after the first year) will be charged in FULL. You will have the full month to use the pass after the final payment.

• Memberships at Inspire Hot Yoga are non-transferable between guests and are non-refundable.

• Holiday payment pause your auto renew membership. You don’t have to cancel and pay your final two months you may choose to freeze your membership. To freeze your monthly membership, a written request be submitted by email at least 30 days in advance of your next billing date in order for your request to be effective for the following month. Billing date is based on your activation date listed below. Clients enrolled in the monthly auto renew program may elect to pause their auto renew membership charges once per year according to the policy below. Once the initial 2 month obligation is met on your contract, you can pause your auto renew schedule once per year at any time for 30 days at no charge. A flat fee of $25 will be charged for each additional month. The pause is activated at the start of the next billing cycle and can be requested in monthly increments for up to 6 months. To request a pause, please email your request to info@inspirehotyoga.ca. Following the end of your requested freeze period, your monthly auto-renew will automatically be reactivated. To cancel your membership you still must give two months notice at your full payment rate. A completed auto renew cancellation request must be received by emailing info@inspirehotyoga.ca at least 60 days in advance of your billing cycle (example: if you are scheduled to be charged January 2nd and you want to cancel for the month of January, you must submit a cancellation to info@inspirehotyoga.ca   by October 2nd.​            

• Our multi-class drop in passes NEVER expire. You paid for them, and they are yours to use whenever you can. Passes at Inspire Hot Yoga are non-transferable between guests and are non-refundable no exceptions.

• Student, Seniors 55+, Métis, Inuit, First Responders, Frontline Workers, Nurses, and Military Personnel receive 15% off Auto-Pay,10, & 20 Class passes. VALID ID REQUIRED.
