STUDIO AMENITIES
Our studio offers beautiful clean bathrooms, changing rooms, and showers for both women and men. Our bathrooms are stocked with all the essentials: hair dryers, hair ties, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, feminine hygiene products, and more!
​
We sell and rent yoga mats, hand towels, and mat towels. Our fridges are stocked with cold spring water for sale. We also have a retail clothing section for your shopping delight.

Street parking is plentiful. For information on Lethbridge parking rates and to download the Flowbird Parking App, visit the City of Lethbridge website.

WHAT TO EXPECT
WEAR COMFORTABLE WORKOUT CLOTHES that let you stretch and work up a sweat. We are barefoot in the studio, so no need for socks or shoes.
BRING A YOGA MAT, TOWEL, AND WATER. A yoga block and strap are great too. All of these are available to buy in our online store and in studio, or rent if you forget something.

OUR DOORS ARE OPEN 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE START OF CLASS. During class our doors are locked promptly on time so class can begin. Respectfully please do not knock on the door if you're late. Please leave yourself plenty of time to arrive to the studio before the scheduled start time of your class.
CHECK IN AT THE FRONT DESK meet the instructor, inform them of any health conditions injuries or concerns.
PLEASE TAKE AN EPIC SELFIE BEFORE OR AFTER CLASS THEN TURN YOUR CELL PHONES OFF OR TO VIBRATE. Please talk in our studio and make a new friend or two, better yet, go take them downstairs for a coffee after class, you could even take your teacher too. :p
ONCE CLASS BEGINS PLEASE STAY IN THE ROOM, if you're feeling dizzy or lightheaded please lay on your mat and take a rest your instructor will check in with you. If you must leave the room to go to the bathroom please give your instructor a thumbs up to indicate you are ok.
PLEASE LEAVE BAGS, PHONES, and other personal items in the change rooms. We have a lost and found at the studio. We keep all water bottles, yoga mats and clothes for 4 weeks. Any items not claimed are donated.

ALL CLASSES ARE OPEN TO ALL LEVELS FROM BEGINNER TO EXPERIENCED. We are a friendly studio that greets all practitioners with a sense of community, diversity and integrity. We encourage you to pace yourself and have fun.

WHAT CLASS SHOULD I TAKE FIRST?All classes are open to all levels, Inspire Hot Yoga is primarily a Power Vinyasa Flow based studio. Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. A fast-paced style of yoga focused on building strength and endurance with a cardiovascular dynamic. It is also an excellent form of yoga for burning calories. This type of yoga is taught in a heated studio which makes it a vigorous and revitalizing form of physical fitness. Happy Hips Is a great Power Vinyasa Flow class to start with. Yin yoga is our secondary methodology at Inspire Hot Yoga If you're looking for something more meditative we recommend our Candlelight Chill classes (Yin). Yin yoga class consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer. Our class descriptions will give you an idea of what to expect in each class and the level of physicality.

I WANT TO RELAX AND UNWINDCHILL AF ​ This Candlelight Yin inspired class is super chill! Each pose is held for longer periods of times, as long as five minutes or more. ​ There are three principals of Yin Yoga: Come into the pose to an appropriate depth Resolve to remain still Hold the pose for time Yin Yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissue of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A more meditative approach to yoga, yin aims at cultivating a awareness of inner silence and self inquiry. New yogis welcome. (Warm class) Physicality 1/10 ​​​

The practice will begin with a vigorous Power Vinyasa flow to warm and awaken the body creating malleability within the muscle groups. The Yin portion of the practice will take you into poses that can last up to 5 minutes, inviting the body's less elastic tissues to find increased circulation and renewed mobility.
