I am, at any given time, 50 percent coffee and 50 percent sparkling water.

I am an advocate and a fighter.

I am here to invite stillness and quiet into your day.

I am here to work hard and laugh harder.

I am here to support and encourage.

I am here to call out shame in any form it takes.

I am here to make friends with my body, and hope you can do the same.

I acknowledge that this is hard work! But know that we are all in this together. There is compassion and growth and clarity in this community. We invite you in.
