What Our Graduates Are Saying
“I wasn’t sure what the plan was—but I showed up anyway.”
— Kellie
I really wasn’t sure what the plan was or what the Yin Yoga Teacher Training would lead to for me. I was in a space of curiosity and readiness to explore the possibilities. I just knew that I wanted to learn more about yoga and that Inspire had been a positive path for me.
It was a jam-packed couple of weekends. I definitely gained more yoga knowledge and resources, but the greatest gain for me was the connection—to my classmates and to myself.
I’m so grateful to the group of awesome souls who held space while we journeyed through the course, and so proud of myself for being brave and showing up.
I still have moments of feeling scited (scared/excited) when preparing for and teaching a class—and that’s okay. Because I also feel so much joy, peace, purpose, and connection.
“Challenging, real, and unexpectedly transformative.”
— Rory
Working through this experience was a bit of a roller coaster—in the best way. It wasn’t always easy, and there were definitely moments that felt challenging, but those were the moments where the biggest breakthroughs happened.
I got to face some of the beliefs that had been holding me back and came out the other side with a completely different perspective. I even found myself laughing at some of my own patterns—those little “cosmic jokes” that only make sense once you see them clearly.
What really stood out was how present and real the space felt. It was supportive, but also honest—and that made all the difference for me.
I honestly don’t think I would’ve gotten to this place without it. I’m really looking forward to continuing the journey and seeing what’s next.
